(Etowah County, Al), An Altoona man has been arrested on 06/24/2022 for the charges of Rape 1st, Sodomy 1st, Production of Child Pornography, and Dissemination of obscene Materal according to Sheriff Jonathon Horton. 

 

Thomas Nathaniuel Robinson (19), of Altoona, has been charged with the above charges, Inv. Brandi Fuller said. Robinson's victim was 11 years old. 

 

Robinson is being held on a $225,000 cash bond with the conditions of no contact with the victim or her family, no unsupervised contact with anyone under 18 years old, no internet access or smartphones, and to be supervised by Etowah County Community Corrections.
