(Etowah County, Alabama) Two individuals have been arrested and charged with burglary in Altoona, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.
“Kenny Wayne Holdbrooks, 42, and Michael Shane Mims, 44, both of Boaz, are each charged with one count of third degree burglary, which is a felony,” says Investigator Ben Greene.
Holdbrooks and Mims allegedly broke into a home on Robinson Road, Gallant, on November 28, 2013.
The homeowner pulled into his driveway and witnessed the two men coming out of his home. Both men were held at the scene by the property’s owner until deputies arrived. Nothing was taken from the residence.
Holdbrooks was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center and later released on $2,500 bond. Mims is being detained in the Detention Center on for a probation violation and $2,500 bond.
